The water fall is located just 200m from the hotel. It is a breathtaking natural spectacle that has been described as the Super Powerful Natural Shower. What in Lago di Tenno so quietly starts, falls with a roar from 98m down the ravine and over thousands of years the waterfall has eaten its way 77m into the mountain! After just a short climb of 40m you get to the most impressive show of natural beauty in the region. The family Bozzoni opened the Cascane del Varone instead of their only slightly profitable paper mill. Non more insignificant as that of the Arco originating from the Architect Gian Carlo Maroni (1893-1952), who also built the Vittorale in Gardone for Gabrielle d’Annunzio, and designed the entrance building.
