Deposit
In order for us to complete and guarantee your room booking we ask for a deposit (amount dependent on the total amount), which you can pay by bank transfer or by credit card.
Fixed children’s prices
For children staying in room with parents when two adults are paying the full rate.
From 0 to 2 years € 14.00 per child per night.
From 2 to 6 years € 22.00 per child per night.
From 6 to 12 years € 29.00 per child per night.
Pets
You are welcome to bring your your four-legged friends to the hotel. In accordance with the law, however, dogs are not allowed in the dining room or on the sunbathing area near the swimming pool. Thank you for your understanding – charge per night € 15.00.

The hotel reserves the right to authorise your credit card prior to arrival.
Cancellation policies
Cancellation conditions:
up to 31 days before arrival reservation shift or cancellation free of charge* (*processing fee of 50.00 euro)
from 30 to 22 days before arrival will be charged 30% of the total amount
from 21 to 11 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total amount
from 10 to 4 days before arrival will be charged 80% of the total amount
from 3 days before arrival, in case of no show, late arrival or early departure will be charged 100% of the total amount
In exceptional cases, the deposit can be refunded in the form of a voucher/voucher valid for 2 years from the date of issue.
